More about me

Hi, I am Garrett Montague

Photography has been a passion and creative outlet for as long as I can remember, as you can see in this photo of me using my first film camera at the age of two. Over the past eight years, I’ve honed my skills across various photography disciplines, including graduation portraits, weddings and events, sports, studio photography, and production photography. While I have a broad range of experience, my areas of expertise are portrait and family photography.

In addition to my photography career, I am a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy, working in the occupational health arena. This dual role has equipped me with exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a knack for creative problem-solving—traits that translate seamlessly into my photography practice.

Photography is not just a side gig, side hustle, or hobby for me. It is a profound passion that I use to help people see themselves in their best light. I believe it is a gift from God, one that I am grateful to share with others. My goal is to capture moments that reflect the beauty and essence of each individual, creating lasting memories that can be cherished for a lifetime.
